Our ancestors
were basically from a traditional indian family. My mother was
the first one in the family who accepted Jesus Christ as her
Personal Savior when she heard the Gospel in 1950's.. I accepted
Christ at the age of 17 for namesake but still I was singing
in Cinema and musical concerts as a playback singer. My husband
and myself involved in producing cinema films. Most popular
Actor, Actress acted in our film during 1978. We invested everything
we had in that film. But we couldn't finish the movie because
of various issues.
I
was in total depression but God protected and saved my life.
During this time I had severe chest pain and the doctor's diagnosed
that I have a hole in my valve. They advised me to stop singing
as it would affect my heart and finally to Life.
During
this time i heard about a gospel meeting and went there. God
spoke to me in that meeting through his word saying " If
you die now where would your soul go???" This might be
your question as well.If thats the case i've the answer. The
answer is Jesus Christ. You will see the entire information
in the "Bible".
"Jesus said "I am the way and the truth and the life.
No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6
In 1984 I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal saviour whole-heartedly
and decided to sing only for his kingdom's glory. God confirmed
his calling for me to do His service and hence i waited for
1 year by spending time in Prayer and Bible reading. I received
the anointing and filling of the Holy Spirit. Now for the past
23 yrs, I'm doing his work.
